The deeper reason we get stuck (and plateau)

It’s Good Friday today.

And yeah—I know this isn’t a church newsletter…

But I want to talk about something a little different.

I go to church most Sundays with my family.

Sometimes Christ Fellowship, sometimes Latter Day Saints, sometimes Calvary.

They’re all a bit different—different music, different energy.

But I don’t go for the doctrine.

I go to be around people who are actually trying to become better human beings.

Trying to love more.

Lead with more intention.

Support each other through the mess.

And honestly—that’s exactly what business should be about too.

Because here’s the thing…

Your business doesn’t run separately from your inner world.

If you’re tired… your business will feel heavy.

If you’re scattered… your team will feel lost.

If you’re stuck in old thinking… the revenue’s going to stall too.

But when you’re clear?

When you’re grounded in who you are and where you’re going?

When you stop operating from pressure and start operating from purpose?

Everything starts to shift.

And look—I’m not saying that lightly.

Sometimes, the pastor talks about alignment.

And I just sit there thinking…

“Yeah… that’s exactly what most founders are missing.”

They’re chasing outcomes… but running a business that’s out of sync with who they are and what they want.
