We’ve now won 3 games in a row...
My under-8 girls soccer team went from getting smashed week after week…
To becoming a proper little winning machine.
And it all changed the moment I stopped trying to “fix” them.
Here’s what I mean…
We don’t have the most talented squad.
Only a couple girls can really play.
One of them (my daughter) has freakish fitness—she’ll run for days.
One of them knows how to score.
The rest?
Sweet girls.
But most had barely touched a ball before the season started.
So I stopped trying to turn them all into midfield maestros.
Instead, I built a system around what we did have.
→ The fast one runs box to box
→ The finisher stays up front
→ The others? I drilled them to tackle and launch the ball forward
That’s it. Simple. Effective. Clear roles.
And it’s working.
Now here’s where this matters for you as a business owner or CEO…
Most founders build their businesses trying to “fix” everything.
Fix the team.
Fix their own weaknesses.
Fix every department they don’t fully understand.
But the best leaders—the ones scaling past 1M/month?
1. They double down on their strengths
2. They realign the business around who they actually are
3. And they upgrade their self-image so they can operate from power, not pressure
That’s what we do inside the Alchemy Workshop—and the next one is happening this Thursday.
If you’re already doing 10K/month or more and you know you’ve outgrown the version of yourself you’ve been leading from…
Together, we’ll help you see the strengths you’ve been overlooking…
Rewire the way you operate.
And install the mindset of the version of you who scales with clarity and confidence.
Not through hustle.
Through alignment.
